1. Who we are and what this is

Cedarvaux is operated by Cedarvaux Play Ltd, Unit 4, Mill Reach, Feeder Road, Bristol BS2 0SB, United Kingdom, registered in England and Wales, company no. 15837264. The site is a free-to-play social casino: games of chance played for Cedar Chips, a scoring currency with no monetary value. 18+ — for entertainment only. No real money play. No prizes of monetary value.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site, whether or not you register. By creating an account you confirm your date of birth truthfully. We remove accounts that turn out to belong to under-18s, without notice and without appeal.

3. Chips, Resin and everything of their kind

• Cedar Chips, Resin, levels, rings, table awards and every other unit on the site are play values. They are not money, not property, and not redeemable for anything, anywhere, ever.
• They cannot be bought. The site contains no purchase of any kind, and any third party offering to sell you chips is a fraud with no connection to us.
• They cannot be sold, gifted, traded or transferred between accounts. We may void balances that have been moved in breach of this.
• Balances carry no accrued rights: if the site retires a feature or, ultimately, closes altogether, the chips simply end with it.

4. Your account

• One account per person. Duplicates, and any rewards earned through them, may be removed.
• Keep your password to yourself; what happens under your sign-in is treated as yours.
• Your play data is stored in your own browser. Clearing your browser storage can erase your progress, and we cannot restore what was only ever held on your device.
• You can close the account at any time from your profile. Closure is immediate and permanent.

5. Fair use

Do not automate play, exploit faults, interfere with the site's operation, or use the referral scheme on yourself. Do not use the site to harass anyone or to pass off our content as your own. We may suspend or close accounts involved in any of this, and void anything earned through it.

6. The games

Game outcomes are produced by the published mechanism on the fair-play page. Paytables, volatility bands and feature rules are printed on each game's paytable page and apply as shown at the time of play. When we correct a fault, we may adjust entries the fault produced, and we will say so in the journal.

7. Community features

Screen names appear on the wins board and the ledger. Choose one that is not offensive, misleading or someone else's; we may rename or remove names that are. Harvest Table awards follow the published house rules.

8. Our content

The games, artwork, names and text on this site belong to Cedarvaux Play Ltd or its licensors. You may use them by playing the site as intended; any other reproduction needs our written permission.

9. Service, warranties and liability

The site is provided as it stands, free of charge. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change, add or retire features. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you in connection with a free entertainment service is limited to re-crediting play values lost through our fault. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

When the terms change in any way that matters we say so in the journal and update the date at the top of this page. Playing on after the change means accepting it; if you do not accept it, stop using the site and, if you wish, close your account.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction — though we would much rather you write to us first, since almost everything can be sorted by email.
